Google Earth View of the Highest 100 Mountains in Colorado

Welcome to the Google Earth Map of the highest 100 ranked mountains of Colorado, otherwise known as Colorado's Centennials. This tool can be used to zoom in or out to see more or less terrain. You can also use the tool to pan your view up or down, so that you can view a mountain as if you were near it or even on it. Play around with the tool a bit - you can view horizontally from a mountain's summit! Lastly, the mountains are color-coded by their Omnidirectional Relief and Steepness (ORS or Spire) scoring.

Red = (ORS>300)- These are very impressive summits.

Orange = (200-300)

Green = (100-200)

Blue = (ORS<100) - The least impressive summits.

Thank you to David Metzler for his incredible work on the ORS concept and scores for these summits.

I am planning on updating the tool in order to have each summit linked its corresponding page on the summit list.

Please note that you must be in a view other than 'Earth' to view the Panoramio photos!
